I've been sick this past week, so this was not a good training week for me. In fact, I don't even think you can consider my long run a "long" run.
Luckily this all happened this week, and not in a month (oh please don't happen in a month.) And I'm on the mend.
Wednesday - nothing. Work was crazy, and I was starting to feel a little out of it.
Thursday - nothing. I felt like I had been hit by a truck.
Friday - walked. I was determined to fight through the sickness.
Saturday - 6.3 miles running. 1 mile walking. I was originally scheduled for 15 miles and it just did not happen. My head was physically not into it. (darn head cold.)
Sunday - 2 miles running. 1.5 miles walking.
Monday - It was raining, and I still have a bit of cold left over. So I decided to bust out my Jillian Michaels workout. It worked. It was tough, and I'm sore. I feel like I got a decent workout.
That's all I had in me this week. I wish I could tell you more, except I'm waiting for the cold to vacate my chest (it was in my head.) I need it to leave so I can move on with exercising!
